Brownies

We call these “Rinnie’s Brownies.” I’m not sure where my sister got the recipe but it’s the best…especially eaten warm with some vanilla ice cream!
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups flour
– 2 cups sugar
– ¼ cup cocoa (heaping)
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup oil
– 2 teaspoons vanilla
– 2 cups chocolate chips (last time I used half semi-sweet and half white)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in greased 9 x 13 pan.

  2. I think Rinnie gave me that brownie recipe in an email swap thing. They’re from the CC cookbook and called “Thunkies”. They are waaaay good, I can’t make them too often or I’d eat the whole pan myself (Joel is not one for sweets).
