Honey-Baked Chicken (More with Less pg. 180)-Preheat oven to 350.-Arrange in a shallow baking pan, skin-side up, 1 3lb fryer cut up (we just used boneless skinless chicken breasts).-Combine the following and pour over the chicken: 1/3 Cup melted margarine 1/3 Cup honey 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon curry powder (Kirk likes more than that)-Bake for 1 1/4 hour, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned.-Yummy served with rice.
